We just got our deck built by Jhon and his crew from JPro Carolinas.They are a very friendly people and attention to... the details were very good. They went out of their way to make sure the staircases were done to a perfection, finished product is worth the wait.Job took a longer than I would like and it did not start on time frame I was expecting. And Communication could have been little better about the start date but in the end, they did a great job with fair price so I'm very happy with the service I received and finished product is 5 stars.I also had them remove the bedroom window to install sliding door, to have access to the deck from the master bedroom and again, they delivered with good price and a great service.I would definitely recommend them and I would use their business for future project.read more

We recently replaced our wooden deck with Trex. After receiving several quotes, we decided to go with Jpro Carolinas... (Jhon Alvarez) and we couldn't be more pleased. His price was good, very honest and professional. Jhon and his workers did a fantastic job, more than what was expected and at no additional cost. I don't usually make recommendations, but I feel Jhon Alvarez really deserves one!read more

I could not say enough great things about J Pro Carolinas. I hired them to do a deck off of our second floor bonus... room. They showed up every morning on time and finished the job in the time frame as promised. Fantastic communication, very professional and amazing craftsmanship. John Carlo and team were great from beginning to end and met our every need. Their work was very professional and... design ideas surpassed our own. They provided a detailed estimate and walked us through all of their ideas. The team was able to get us on the schedule quickly and completed the work in a couple of days. They did an amazing job at a pretty affordable price! I saw what they did to my neighbors and thought I couldn't afford... them but they have different packages that I was able to get our patio deck. I recommend them 100%, John is very friendly and their customer service is great!read more
